Use your 1 hour time slot for 1 child's eval + extra time for discussion or up to 2 children's evals
Service Description
In-Person appointments are for a minimum of 1 hour, which will cover 1-2 children's evaluations or 1 child's evaluation + extra time for discussion/consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirements: Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellation Fees: Within 24 hours of your scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: The full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Scholarship Payments: If the service is paid for using a scholarship, the payment is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will apply. Extenuating Circumstances: Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen situations at the discretion of the provider.
