If you suspect that your child may have ADHD/ADD, anxiety, and/or depression, please feel free to take this online asynchronous assessment and you'll receive the results very quickly, usually within 3 days or less! If the doctor or psychologist determines that your child has a diagnosis, you will be able to use the report as proof of eligibility for the Step Up For Students FES-UA Scholarship. The evaluation is not done by JoAn Stead, but by Mentavi.
