30-minute meeting in-person or live online via Zoom

Let’s schedule your child’s evaluation! The annual homeschool portfolio evaluation typically takes just 15-20 minutes, whether in person or via a live online Zoom meeting. Any remaining time can be used for discussion—ask questions, address challenges, or get a quick mini-consultation to help plan for the next school year.

During our meeting, you’ll simply share samples of your child’s work, grades, reading list, and other materials. Think of it as a fun “Show + Tell” where we celebrate your child’s accomplishments and successes for the past year!

I strive to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible for you. I’ll handle all the paperwork, send it to your county’s home education office (with your permission), and provide a copy for your records.

You’ll be well taken care of because I’m here as your homeschool partner, friend, and support system throughout your homeschooling journey!

Academic Transcript

Need your child’s in-person or live Zoom homeschool evaluation completed and submitted to your county’s home education office within 7 days or less? We offer a rush service for just $65.

If no dates or times are available on the booking calendar for the next 7 days, please text JoAn Stead at 850-723-4151 to discuss your needs. JoAn is dedicated to ensuring your request is accommodated and will do her best to assist you promptly!

If you need assistance with selecting a better curriculum, guidance on homeschooling through high school, information about dual enrollment, or advice on transitioning your child back into a brick-and-mortar school, I’m here to help! Simply add a consultation to your booking for the amount of time you’d like to reserve. Pricing starts at $75, and together, we’ll find the solutions and support you need.
