This evaluation method is ideal for busy families or those with children who have unique learning and communication needs when it comes to discussing their progress. It’s designed to be both convenient and personalized—we’ll complete your homeschool portfolio evaluation while working to meet your family's specific needs.
No appointment is necessary. Simply fill out a detailed online form about your child’s progress and choose how you'd like to submit samples of their work from the past year. You can take your time—there’s no rush to finish everything in one sitting.
Our gentle, flexible process fully aligns with Florida’s homeschool evaluation requirements. We carefully review your child’s portfolio, assess their progress, and connect meaningfully with the student—all while respecting and honoring your family’s homeschooling style and approach.
We also use technology to make the process more inclusive, offering communication options that support a variety of learners, including nonverbal students and those with diverse communication styles. Our goal is to create a comfortable, supportive experience that reflects your values and celebrates your homeschooling journey—with compassion, adaptability, and care at the heart of it all.
What should you send? It depends on your homeschooling style! If you use an online curriculum, you can provide a PDF report showing your child's progress, grades, and more. If you use workbooks, simply send some samples of pages from each subject. Other suggestions include:

Pricing begins at $65 for an online asynchronous digital portfolio evaluation!

We'll take care of submitting your completed evaluation(s) directly to your county's homeschool office and copy you on the email for your records. Includes all siblings submitted to the same county at the same time.

Upload reports of progress from any online curriculum programs that you use: Time4Learning, Teaching Textbooks, Miacademy, FLVS Flex, etc.

Send 3-5 photo samples of your child's school work from each subject.

Send 30-second video clips flipping through samples of work from each subject.

We offer Rush Services!
Our standard turnaround time during the non-peak season is 14 business days or less. However, during the peak season (April through September), evaluations may take up to 4 weeks to process. We encourage parents to start the evaluation process as early as possible, as evaluations are completed in the order they are received.
Please note, your child does not need to have completed 100% of their courses or curriculum to demonstrate progress for the past year. We also recognize that many families homeschool year-round, so their academic calendar may not align with traditional public or private school schedules.
On our intake form, we ask for your due date so we can prioritize your evaluation accordingly. However, we understand that life happens, and deadlines can sometimes sneak up on you. If you need your evaluation completed sooner, we offer rush services for an additional fee:

$25 Rush Fee: Evaluation completed within 5-7 business days after receiving payment and evidence of progress.

$100 Rush Fee: Evaluation completed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment and evidence of progress.
